SIN 874-2: FACILITATION SERVICES
With over a decade of relationship building at the Federal, State, and local levels of government, Lafayette is an expert at connecting groups and facilitating discussions. As part of the Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program and the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act Project, the Lafayette Group assisted in coordinating, collaborating, of, and facilitating discussions among, the FBI, DHS, and specific State and local law enforcement agencies. The executive-style workshops, organized and staffed by the Lafayette Group, as part of the Terrorist Threat Guidelines project is just one example of a method employed to build consensus between various levels of government for the purpose of achieving a single-goal.
